Justin Sepheran, the head of the THRUSH organisation escapes from prison after being picked up in a helicopter. The organisation now based in Tripoli, Libya steals a nuclear weapon and threatens the worlds security. If the terrorist organisation doesn't receive $300,000 delivered by Solo then the bomb will go off. Ilya has to track down Nigel Pennington-Smyth, the only man who can disarm the bomb. Solo leads a team to attack and destroy the THRUSH Headquarters whilst Ilya deals with the bomb in Chicago. In one scene when the agents are being chased, they are rescued by a man in Aston Martin with a JB number plate.. The man played is by George Lazenby who appeared as James Bond in On Her Majesty's Secret Service.
