Cobra is the name of a ruthless terrorist organisation that is hellbent on world domination. It is led by a masked leader known only as
Cobra Commander with support from Destro, the Baroness and a host of minor characters. Similar to Spectre in the James Bond universe
where they have a large number of vehicles and men to their disposal. In the cartoon film, they introduced a new leader called Serpentor
and saying that Cobra was a secret organisation of super beings. Cobra has a large foot army whose suits are blue. Their special forces
element wear red, calling themselves the Crimson Guard. The Crimson guard are led by the twins Tomax and Xamot. They are similar to the
killers in Octopussy. A mercenary force led by Zartan with support from the Dreadnoks provide some additional muscle.
